My main area of interest is printmaking. I focus primarily on copper plate etching, but

occasionally I create monotypes, woodcuts, linocuts and collagraphs. The subjects of my

prints range from the natural world to the abstract.

I particularly enjoy etching subjects from nature. Birds, animals and insects each provide

unique challenges when trying to convey a detailed sense of feathers, fur or exoskeletons.

My focus is strictly on the subjects, so most often I present them in solitude to emphasize

their individual character and essence. I hope that my etchings are a small reminder of the

elegance and harmony in nature.

All of my work is printed by hand on a manual etching press in my studio.

All prints are signed and numbered, and they are available framed and unframed.

This web site represents only a small selection of my work. Feel free to contact me if you

are interested in any particular subject(s) that you do not see on the site.

Thank you for looking, and please contact me if you have any questions.
